Being positive is not being happy.

Positivity is a state of mind.

Happiness is an emotion.

Positivity is the ocean, and happiness is the wave.

Being positive means that even on days when there are no waves, you know they

are coming.

So, how does one cope until the next wave? Waking up in the morning and finding the energy to just get out of bed is a challenge. Staying in the dark cocoon of solitude, however strong the draw is, must be fought against. So just rip the band-aid and sit upright, open the blinds, and get going. This first step is an accomplishment to build on.
